Delete your Smithmare account

In the app (recommended)

Open Smithmare and sign in.
Go to Settings → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.

There is a 7-day grace period. If you sign in again during those 7 days, the deletion is cancelled and your progress is restored. After 7 days the account and its data are permanently removed.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@smithmare.com from any address with the subject Account deletion request and tell us which sign-in you used (Google or Apple). We will verify ownership and delete the account within 7 days of confirmation.

What is deleted

Account identifier (Google/Apple subject), device identifier and push token
All gameplay data — equipment, currencies, progress, battle history, missions
Purchase records held by us (receipt and order ID)

What is kept, and for how long

Server access logs (IP address, request path) — 90 days, then deleted automatically.
Payment records required by law (e-commerce record-keeping) — 5 years, stored separately from your account.

Smithmare를 열고 로그인합니다.
설정 → 계정 삭제로 갑니다.
확인하면 즉시 삭제가 예약됩니다.

7일의 유예 기간이 있습니다. 그 기간에 다시 로그인하면 삭제가 취소되고 진행 상황이 복구됩니다. 7일이 지나면 계정과 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다.

이메일로

앱을 열 수 없는 경우 support@smithmare.com으로 제목 계정 삭제 요청을 붙여 어떤 로그인(Google 또는 Apple)을 썼는지 알려 주세요. 본인 확인 후 확인일로부터 7일 이내에 삭제합니다.

삭제되는 것

계정 식별자(Google/Apple subject), 기기 식별자, 푸시 토큰
모든 게임 데이터 — 장비·재화·진행·전투 기록·미션
당사가 보관하는 구매 기록(영수증·주문 번호)

보관되는 것과 기간

서버 접속 기록(IP 주소·요청 경로) — 3개월(통신비밀보호법), 이후 자동 삭제
법령상 보관 의무가 있는 결제 기록(전자상거래법) — 5년, 계정과 분리 보관
